With PRINT NON STOP you have access to statistics on your printer usage. The information on how much, when, and by whom can be viewed either in tabular format, or graphically. You can monitor these statistics from your computer, no matter where you are, since all of this information is avialble online.

When using PRINT NON STOP you do not pay for cartridges, engineering callouts or boxes of paper. You just pay for each copy you print. That means you only pay for what you use and will never overpay. For example: you can never be sure that you will receive the specified number of copies from a toner cartridge. That means you can overpay per copy. Another example: let’s say you buy a toner cartridge and pay for it immediately or after 15-30 days; and yet you may be using this cartridge for many months. By contrast, with PRINT NON STOP you will only pay for the copies printed, at the end of the month. Which in practice means that you enjoy a month‘s free credit

VERY IMPORTANT! There is a 5% coverage standard for monochrome cartridges. It means, that the manufacturer claims the page yield of the cartridge is based on assumption that you will cover 5% of the page with black toner. Yet in reality the coverage is from 5% to 10%, so its possible that you could print 1000 copies with one cartridge instead of the declared 2000 copies. That is why sometimes you think, “Why did the cartridge run out so quickly?” When using PRINT NON STOP you do not have to worry about the coverage.
